I can't find my notes on what we decided the final navigation buttons would be, so you'll notice they are blank for now, but they all link to the same pages as the "TEXT links" on the bottom of each page, click around see what you think, and if you remember what the areas where going to be named before I find my notes, by all means reply.

I combined several steps of the process to save you some $$. I am invoicing you the agreed upon $150 for this phase, and instead of an additional/approximate $200 for the delivery phase, if there's not much to alter once you review these pages, I can probably turn the site over to you for closer to $100. This is a heavily discounted rate, and remains confidential if you refer any work my way.

I have a client who just moved her site to my hosting from geocities/Yahoo, and had to change her DNS setting to do so, I see you site is still on yahoo, where you still interested in hosting? My Starter plan would be perfect for the limited functionality you currently want with your site. Plus you can always put a photo album like the ones below off of your main site

Hi Fish,

I told commited to deliverying 3, but here are 4 comps for your review. I have a couple more, but have presented them to another real-estate oriented client, if he gets back to me over the weekend with what he wants, I can present you the designs he didn’t use...that sounded like I'd offer you his rejects, but when you see them you'll see his site is geared more towards a real estate information portal. I tried to give yours more of a real-estate look but with influence from investment sites I looked at.

If you have other imagery or colors by all means let me know, I just used colors, images and logos I had on a pile of CD's and subscriptions I have.

The verbiage came from other real-estate sites and a dreamweaver "Latin" plug in I use to fill text space.

I'm flexible on ANYTHING you see, maybe you'll get some ideas - have a look and get back to me next week sometime.
