Where do you go from here?

Before I tell you what to expect when we work on a site or project together, I’m sure you would (and should) like to check my references, or at least a few, if you can tell me a little about your site, project or idea, I can send you at least 3 references for any type of site, including their name, title, URL, email address, phone.
That said, a typical engagement will NEVER HAVE a long term contract with me, if you want to go a different direction or with a different team or individual at any time – I believe and endorse that as your right.
I always offer an initial meeting (phone call or in person) for free up to 1 hour to ask and answer a few questions for each other.
If we decide to proceed,
- I setup a secure dashboard for you to always have access to the progress & status of your project.
- I give you weekly updates, and daily updates on smaller or priority projects
- We setup a ticket system for you in the event more than one person on your team is involved with a project this way tickts can be submitted via the web and prioritized, tracked and reported on any time you like
- Am available via email almost 24/7, if you require 24/7 or a dedicated resource, I have that option available
- IM, Skype and email are always available
- Phone call and meeting options are available, I prefer to try to get 48 hours notice so I can block of time and not run into a “double-book” situation
If after we visit, it turns out to be something I am not something I am able to help with, I have an AMAZING team and network of individuals who I am confident will be able to accomplish anything I or we can’t.
